Through this Ethical Channel you can report any type of conflict, non-compliance with regulations or problem at your Company.

In addition, you can send ideas or proposals to improve the Company's performance.

The information you provide should be clear and concise, describe specific facts and always be reported in good faith. False communications or reports shall be subject to sanction.

    Basic information on personal data protection.
    Data Controller: the Company or Public Body you are reporting about through this Ethical Channel (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
    Data Processor: ATE Asesores Legales, S.L.P. (TIN: ES-B20798369)
    Purposes of the processing: managing the communications received through the Ethical Channel. When they refer to possible non-compliance with current legislation or with internal or sectorial regulations, data processing will be necessary in order to comply with a legal obligation the controller is subject to (GDPR, Article 6(1)(c)). When they refer to ideas or proposals for improvements in the company, lawfulness of processing will be based on the legitimate interests pursued by the Company (GDPR, Article 6(1)(f)).
    Recipients: data communications regarding your input may occur, depending on the nature of the information provided, to concerned persons or Departments. In case of conflicts or non-compliance, data communications could also be carried out to appropriate Authorities.
    Storage period: the required period to decide on the merits of the received communication. In any case, three months after the communication, your data will be deleted from the Ethical Channel, and the Company may continue processing them to properly manage the reported information, according to the deadlines established in the applicable regulations.
    Data subject rights: you can exercise your right of access, right to rectification, restriction of processing, erasure, object, portability, and ask for the full data protection policies addressing the Data Controller or, if you wish, addressing the Data Processor ATE Asesores Legales, S.L.P., at Plaza del Txofre 4, Bajo, 20001 Donostia San Sebastián (Gipuzkoa), or by email etico@ate.es
    Data protection authority: in case of disagreement with the resolution of your applications on personal data processing or to submit a complaint, you can contact the data protection supervisory authority, Agencia Española de Protección de Datos: www.aepd.es
